We know there's nothing you need more than to unwind and relax after a busy day, that's why here at Blatches Farm bed and breakfast we've tailored our rooms to be as inviting and cosy as possible whilst having all the creature comforts of your own home, that's why all of our bedrooms come complete with en suite shower room, Freeview televisions, large mirrors and tea and coffee making facilities.
Room check in is available everyday from as early as 2:00 pm until 11:00 pm and you can check out between 7:00 am to 10:00 am if however you wish to arrive or leave outside of these times please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Bedrooms made-up daily
Come back to your freshly cleaned made-up room after a long day out, snuggle down and sleep like a baby in clean laundered fluffy pillows and bed sheets.
Lots of free parking
There are loads of free parking spaces directly in front of all of our rooms here at Blatches Farm B&B so even if it's raining cats and dogs you'll never have to run far to get in your dry warm cosy room.

A very warm welcome
My partner Angie was working in Chelmsford, she struggled at first, to find a nice quiet B&B at a reasonable price! Enter Blatches Farm the breakfast was excellent, they were very flexible about timing regarding breakfast. The rooms were spotless! If you are in the area I highly recommend Blatches Farm you will not be disappointed.
Pre wedding stay
I stayed here the night before my wedding and had pre wedding photos by the beautiful pond. The room was exceptionally clean and I am fussy! The staff were very friendly an accommodating and the breakfast was so good. All in all a great choice for me as a place to get ready for my wedding day thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend.

Blatches Farm Bed and Breakfast was so hospitable, David and Liz were the perfect hosts and for you American readers what an amazing proper English breakfast! What else can i say out of 10 ... 11 and I don't get paid for this.
